Subject: Re: [BEE-L] Small Hive Bettle

sir
i am in charleston sc and truly the shb(small hive beetle) is an awful
problem with the honey bees. i lost 1 hive and almost lost the second. i
think that the strips and a drench of the soil below the hive was effective
at controlling the infestation. i hear there is a trap you can make by
luring the beetles into a jar filled with honey and water. i would love to
hear other peoples experience with the beetles.
