I was not even aware that Nova Scotia had a Russian queen program.  Is there 
a listing somewhere of all the various queen improvement programmes in 
Canada?

If not there should be.  Can members here volunteer some names and contacts?

The same applies for the U.S.  I've asked here and on BeeSource and it seems 
to be a state secret.

There should be a master list of all the groups and individuals who are 
working on queen improvement, specifically disease resistance IMO.
