Greg -

I'm not sure where you live (addresses please) but I would encourage you
to start with the package bees and forego the nuc. If this is your
first time into beekeeping, there's nothing quite like starting from
the bees and foundation and watching it throubh the summer as the colony
builds. I'll never forget my first time as this is the way I started
and learned so much in the process. Sure, you might not get much honey
if any at all the first year but the trade off is well worth it.
