I remember when I first started to keep bees. Maybe a couple years into
it.
I opened a hive and found a bunch cobb webs. Bees running all over, no
queen,
and no honey or brood. I still remember how scared I was. I just didn't
understand
what was going on.

I called a fellow who I knew from the bee club who was an ol'timer. I
guess he detected
how I was and said he would drive over ( 18 miles). He explained it all to
me.

He is gone now and I miss him!

I seem to philosophize alot on this site ---- sorry, Just feel more
compelled to do it
then to answer questions.
