Friend,

Part 2. System was going down: I
had to evacuate in a hurry or lose
everything.

 1. For very detailed honeybeer recipe
with fotos, see J. Iannuzzi, "How

Beer Made Easy" (ABJ June 95 pp. 402
to 410 (that's American Bee Journal,m
old English-lang bee mag in country,
second oldest in universe).

  2. It's subtitled: "For the 'bee-
ginner' who wants a superior
beverage at an inferior price, here's
the step-by-step process."

 3. To repeat: I know of onlyone
commercial mead in Md.: Berrywine
in Mt. Airy and of only one on
Eastern seaboard: Betterbee in
Greenwich NY.

 4. For the teetotaler (sp?)
like me, try honeypop. It's
a winner. Have been making
it for the past 15? years.

Bonne chance. Cheers.

Jack the B-man
