To answer Kesler on light effect on the dance.
You should contact Spangler at USDA in Tucson, AZ.
He has done some interesting observing on how the
dances are reduced to nil as the light intensity
goes to nil!!  Maybe they really don't dance in
the dark?  I would like to hear more about the
effect of light on the dance from others...
