European regulation says many and different things with respect to Honey.
With this new GMO High Court sentence one needs to go back to all those
pieces of norms that apply to beekeeping products.

"Mandatory labelling if a product contains more than 0.9% GM material" (Res
1829/2003)
Labelling and thresholds. Method and technics.

In honey, how should this 0.9% of GM contamination should be treated?
Total pollen in a honey naturally shouldn't exceed 1%. I have read of some
canola honey with up to 4%, but is not usual I believe.

The ECourt seems to separate pollen from the rest of the honey. Pollen is
treated as an adventicious contamination. As an ingredient from a GMO
origin.
How to differenciate GM pollen?
GM pollen versus total weight of honey ? w/w? w/v? v/v?
GM pollen versus Total Pollen in honey? w/w? w/v? v/v?

But also what is the 100% in the case of "DNA sequences duplication"? The
technic for PCR.
How do you treat different GMO events? How do you separate authorized from
non authorized events?

I think cost of testing is that expensive that a practical 0% limit have
been established for EU.
