I'm currently writing a paper on the effectiveness of the Varroa action
plan for Canada (with particular reference to the Canada/US border
closure), for a graduate pest management in practice course.
 
I'm interested in hearing your opinions on...
 
1. the effectiveness of the program?
2. the roles of the various Canadian agencies involved in the program
   ie. Fedral and Provincial agencies, C.A.P.A, and C.H.C
   and how effective they were/are at carrying out these roles.
3. How could the program have been improved?
