It's probably too cold by now, otherwise you could do a 'ramp test'

To reiterate
Set up a swarm recieving board in front of a suspect colony of medium (or<) strength
Towards end of inspection shake 2 or 3 frames onto ramp
Try not to shake Q or spray nectar
While reassembling hive most will line up and go in
The laggards are those you are interested in
Observe for 10+ min
Anything unusual? or several in common?
