Did it grow again and bloom again?  Clover will do that when in the growing season.   Anyway, my roads are not mowed very frequently, and with the variety that grows here, if mowed before going to seed and still cool enough to grow again, it will bloom again.  I like a stronger flavored honey than clover provides, but the customers I have seem to like it.
