How does this spring compare to "normal"?
January 29, 2024

> After a slow start to spring in Florida and along the Gulf Coast, spring is spreading quickly now along both west and east coasts. Miami, FL is on time, Houston, TX is 5 days late, Sacramento, CA is 6 days early, and North Carolina's Outer Banks are 10 days early compared to a long-term average of 1991-2020.
