Hello-A reminder that the USDA's United States Standards for Grades of Extracted Honey does NOT define honey, nor provide a Standard of Identity for Honey as does the International Codex for Honey. Although here in the USA, pollen-less honey is permitted to be sold, it is the Wonder bread of honey. Incidentally, Hostess Brands, maker of Wonder Bread, Twinkies, & Ho Ho's filed for bankruptcy this month. - Pat, Rochester NY
