How often in the field will you have long durations of bees feeding on
pesticides?


That's a very interesting question,  seems to me very dependant on how much
they store and which crops.   Several times a year I will see batches of
dead bees (like pesticide poisoning) outside certain hives. Usually just for
a day or two and then the hive seems fine.   As of yet I see no rhyme or
reason. Its usually just one, maybe two hives in a yard.
