From WTVD Channel 11 news. North Carolina.
 
The Department of Transportation is suspending a highway spraying
program after a fatal accident in Harnett county yesterday. A 58 year
old man was killed when his pick-up collided with a slow moving D-O-T
truck spraying the sholders on Interstate 95.
