Elephants are already a cross between a hippopotamus and a long-tongued
bumblebee, so you would get another hippopotamus or another long-tongued
bumblebee or another elephant. If you did the experiment enough, you
would find that the types of offspring would be represented in perfect
Mendbeelian ratios.
