No, A.m.m. is a race.

Because A.m.m. is a dark bee - so eliminating yellow colouration is an
obvious and easy start.

I would not wish to do that to bees.  Are you aware that they are now
talking about Holstein cattle needing brassieres?
We do not have the right to do that to any animal.
Just because we can do something does not make it ethical, desirable or
sensible.
