Try RH Shumway for untreated seeds.

Those are far and away retail prices. A small plot of organics is one project, 1800 acres is another. There are some small untreated suppliers out there, and some local organic specialties. There are even some medium size guys specializing in organics, but far and away, cost per lb/ vs yields, treated seeds are in bigger demand.... I watched the movie "Food Inc." last night. odd movie..... The reality is that farming today all over the world, is driven by output. Output is achieved by controlling pest and fungus on seeds, seems to be the best and easiest way. Free market has shown that.

The same free market shows us that the biggest inducer of Chemicals in the beehive is beekeepers, and that Municipalities and golf course and lawn gardeners spread far more that is bad for the bees.

Right now at this point in history Like it or not, Monsanto has done a great job of shutting down seed cleaners and untreated seeds in general for large scale AG use. Any traces of roundup ready genetics, is a patent infringement, and a problem. If you grown corn in most places, chances are your neighbor is using some patented seed tech, and his lost pollen is now your problem. this applies to several crops.
If I am not mistaken there are about 5 years left with that issue.

AS long as economics drive the market, coated seeds will continue.
