I have been including various protein sources in my Pollen Supplements and Pollen Substitutes because I want to supply the bees a highly nutritious patty, The cost/patty is not an economic issue at this time.            My goals are to have well fed bees that can enter and exit winter with high frame counts.

QUERY:   Doesn't one have to be careful of the protein source?   Don't think the bees would like steak, whether it is served rare or well done.
