I have heard that Pierco is 5.1 but have not measured it myself.

I had difficulty getting nicely drawn comb using 4.9 all-wax foundation from
a major US beekeeping supply house. I recall discussing the general issue
with Kirk Webster who had not used that particular foundation but had
experience with a number of foundation mills over the years. He suggested
the possibility that the angles of the cell bases in the foundation could be
incorrect and the bees made a mess trying to work around that defect. Maybe
he will chime in with more explanation.
