No there is not except for the fuel flow adjustment on the pyropen; what I understand about OA is that it sublimes at 314 degrees and the only way to make it reach a higher temperature is under pressure which would never happen in a smoker. I guess that I could check it with my inferred thermometer to see if there really is any difference.
