The problem with articles like this is the source. It would be interesting
to see an unbiased report (good luck). It was written with the normal lack
of understanding of beekeeping, but that is always at the foot of the
reporter who will always embellish a good story. As I was once told- we
don't let the facts get in our way.

The one bothersome part was pointed out by Peter. The independent action by
the inspector. That would not happen in Maine. We would do it, not the
inspector.
