Hi Jim & all

Heather honey in UK is much sought after and commands a high
price...

Now here is one for experiment, (I thought about this years ago
but never got around to testing it). What about vibration to
liquefy the thixotropic gel type honeys?

I reckon this is worthy of some experimentation, I have no idea
of what frequency range we should be looking at, but I reckon I
would try 50 Hz or 60 Hz first, because of the ease of utilising
domestic power frequencies.
