   I'm glad you posted this--it confirmed what I've been seeing for the past
two years. I have some old frames with old wax leaning against my garden shed.
I see an occasional bee coming and filling up her pollen baskets with the
wax. Quite interesting to watch. Would be even more so if it was the colored wax
as you're experiencing!
