On aduterated honey:  If you suspect someone is selling such a concoction,
call The National Honey Board at (800)533-7162.   You've tried the USDA; also
try the local Food and Drug Administration, and your State Department of
Agriculture.
 
Adulterated honey hurts everyone legitimate.  It's up to us to keep our
hard-won reputation for product purity.
