If by "limitless brood chamber", you mean no queen excluder, that's what I do. I recommend getting all the honey off first, put on a super or two in case they hit a honey flow and use the recommended dose of MAQs. For me this would be two deeps, two mediums, or three deeps. To use the treatment on a hive with three or four full supers of honey is pointless, why would you?
