It depends on the drones your replacement queen mates with.  If some of the
drones are from a different race or sub species of honeybee e.g. ligustica,
carnica, mellerifera the heterosis or "hybrid vigour" effect of the progeny
may show itself in bad temper even though the drones may come from good
tempered stock.  Some commercially produced queens with good tempered workers
are notorious for having bad tempered grand daughters.
