As an Irish Software Developer for many years I have learned one simple thing.

If your software is doing what it is designed to do, you will have no problems.

If on the other hand the software does not do what it is designed to do then
you certainly will have problems and rightly so!

If you write good software then you will have customers who will recommend
it to others.

If you cannot get such recommendations then you are in deep trouble.

Where does the 'I Feel Trapped' software fit into the above parameters?

Sincerely
