To avoid putting an address where it can be scraped and spammed, the email
address is:

"jjfischer", followed by the 4-digit year in which the coronation of George
VI and Queen Elizabeth The First (not Queen Elizabeth the 2nd!) took place,
followed by "@gmail.com".  Take that, address harvesting bots!

It was also the year that Japanese bombers sank the American gunboat USS
Panay, thinking that it was a Chinese ship.

The short version is that you mail them a check, and they send you a lovely
bee-lining box.
And yes, it makes a nice Christmas gift.
