This may or may not be helpful!
In the UK, black pollen will usually come from poppies.  Blue pollens are 
unusual: Phacelia tanacetifolia gives a deep electric blue pollen, Rosebay 
willowherb (Epilobium angustifolium) gives a pollen described as 'Saxe 
blue' - a sort of greenish blue.
