In this case it's not a Varro issue,  well aware of what that looks like,   I was hoping for input on why it appears, that in winter, the bees are not only not clustered, but are completely out at the corners of the box.  In fact I suspect they were attempting to exit but froze before they found the right one.     Not the normal winter kil issue.
