A Fresno, California commercial beekeeper said the researchers are saying
the die off is being caused by two pathogens working together . Nosema
cerana and a yet unnamed pathogen researchers are calling "the beast"
(source beesource .com).

Comment:
Who are "the researchers"? This is the way rumors start, get repeated, and become "truth". To cite beesource as a "source" is a joke. There is more garbage there than anywhere else I can think of. The mere mention of it detracts from the credibility of your information.
