Good day all

a fellow beekeeper sent a link to a purveyor in the US of Canadian sourced
"raw" "organic honey".

Claims on the website and on the label indicate USDA approved along with
some kind of Canadian organic outfit approval.

Can anyone on the US side explain in simple terms how the USDA approves
this kind of advertising
i.e. organic

Are lab results necessary?

The site did offer the opportunity to ask questions
I did ask for lab information
Will see if they reply

15 bucks for a pound of plain honey, kind of steep!
