Charlie, you're describing my life! But you left off that the customer who changes his order a dozen times, and takes up hours of my time, often cancels that order at the last moment anyway.

Wanna trade horro stories? This season

A major commercial reseller, orders 300 nucs in Jan, wants april delivery, I buy premium queens (30 each instead of 20) to fill his order, he delays till may, (which means the have to be worked and bees removed) may comes and he picks up 60, sticks me with 240.....

Another customer, delivering to nucs to Chicago, Cant take delivery cause his wife is having a party, wants a special trip for 25 nucs (its 250 miles one way)

Another guy same run no shows.... so I sell his 2 to the next guy, 2 weeks later he hasn't paid, call him up, "oh, they died"

And my favorite, local reseller calls me last Sunday, wants 8-10 nucs. Okay, call me tues, tues comes he wont pick up the phone. Finaly call the wife yesterday, "oh we don't need them anymore"......

Those are just the dandy ones this month!....

But in fairness 450 nucs and another 600 packages to some great people!

Charles
