Thanks, I know that's how it's supposed to work, but the granules I have don't follow directions.  Since the only thing I use them for is making up the concentrate, the jar will last until about the time the last proton decays.

Once I saw the liquid lecithin (also food grade BTW), I had an 'Aha' moment.  No more granules.  Now, the only thing I have to dissolve is the sugar, and that part I have mastered.  i'm going to add one teaspoon of the lecithin liquid and see if it does the trick.
