The recomendation of our family Vet is each two (if rabbits around) to three
> months. In spring apart from the antiparasites (internal and external) we
> are supose to flame the dog house and surroundings.


Add flea and tick collars, which are continuous treatments. So there are bug
treatments that are even more than 4 times a year.
