Members of the CCD Working Group have seen and sampled CCD operations since
almonds, in both the west and the east. Some were in queen/package
operations at a critical time.

We now hear of operations with bees slow to grow, poor performance -- that
seemed to be a common symptom the year before for many of the operations
affected by CCD last fall/winter/spring.

Unfortunately, CCD does not appear to have gone away. Jerry
