Looking at the ingredients (And the manufacturer), I can't help but wonder if this is just a thymol based treatment with the other ingredients thrown in the sake of obfuscation.

Ingredients:  [Essential oils of] Cinnamonum zeylanicum, Mentha arvensis, Allium sativum, Thymus vulgaris.
