I did do a November treatment after the 3 September treatments.

Not really as I'm the only beekeeper around my area...except for the 
occasional hobbyist.

After all the OA(v) I've done, and the lack of control, I came to the 
conclusion that my November treatments weren't effective because the 
clusters were too tight to allow the OA to penetrate...as Medhat also 
said. If I use OA again, it will be with syrup. Trouble there is my 
hives have to be wrapped before the snow gets too deep as I can't get 
to the hives once there is enough snow. I suppose I could get out the 
snowshoes and toboggan.
