I am interested in varietal honeys for mead making (and to sell the rest
that my local meadmakers don't want). Anyone know of a good source for
unique stuff? I have seen Glorybee catalog and like there variety but in
quatity it would cost me just over $2/# when shipped from OR to NC.

Any favorite kinds for mead?

I am interested in at least 12# and would get up to a 5 gallon bucket (60#
if I'm correct).

Thank you, Joe
