Well said Peter. I also like to add if you check Peter's earlier  post regarding # of hives according to the UN- FAO, the number of colonies is up over all in the world. The question is about challenges facing the bees and the cost of maintenance. They are higher than ever. If honey prices still $0.75 per pound. The industry could not be sustained economically. Thanks for high honey prices and pollination fees.



It is fun when you tell reporters about info like the above. Politely they decline to publish this info. It does not support the doom and gloom news.
