About a week or so later I found a very impressive, sealed queen cell on frame 4.  So the bees either moved an egg from frame 2 or from one of the banked queens.  I suspect the former.


Was it viable??

I find an awful lot of really nice looking queen cells that are blanks.....I am almost convinced the nicer it look the more likely it is to be empty!


All this talk about moving eggs,  is it for queens only?  Any cases where they may move worker eggs?
