There was no mention of any specific service.  I just mentioned the local terrestrail source that I have found to usually  be most accurate and because today just conveniently happened to turn up" the exception that proves the rule".  

I also subscribe to various marine forecasts and wonder what is meant by "high certainty".   There are days when they diverge a lot and if any one is right, it makes me wonder about the " very robust models on powerful machines". 

Just sayin'.
