Slow Food Vermont published the following list of words "one might think of
when tasting honey:"

"Menthol,  Floral, Smoke,  Citrus, Spice, Fruit, Woodsy,  Blossoms, Tea,
Herbal, Green, Fresh,
Molasses,  Malt, Grains, Lemon, Caramel,  Ripening Fruit,  Anise, Wax,
Dark,  Tangy,
Perfume, Baked Squash, Straw."

To which I would add, in reference to goldenrod, "Gym Bag."
