In retrospect,  the discussion of HFCS vs honey is actually a fools errand.
EVERYBODY in the world knows honey is better than HFCS as a bee food.  I
doub't you could find a single beekeeper who would argue that a bit....

The HFCS debate is strictly an economics issue. There are those who keep
bees for fun,  and those who keep them for profit.  Those who keep them for
profit look to substitute valuable food with a lower cost option.  They/we
are willing to sacrifice a little health for the overall bottom line.
Others are not.  As simple as that.
