I haven't had time to read all the responses that I have received concerning
the publication that I produced.  I must apologize to everyone who has
responded.  My e-mail reader application messed up on me and I couldn't
retrieve any of my mail for several weeks.  Finally, tonight, I got my new
floppy diskette and reloaded all of my network provider files.
 
I will respond to each and every one of you over the next few days.  Again,
I apologize for the silence and the delay.  I'm sure everyone thought that I
had dropped off of the face of the earth.
