I came across an intriguing reference to bees as weapons in a book the
other day.
It was a picture of a stained glass window from a church in Ireland
depicting "Saint Gobnet, the patron saint of bees, loosing her bees to
repel invaders.
Anyone have any more info on St Gobnet & this incident?
