Pete I am in Southern Idaho.  We have had a winter that has set records for the snow fall, and the temps have been on the cold side.  We went into the  winter with 18 production hives, and 14 5over 5 nucs.  We lost one nuc last month.  All of the others are doing fine to terrific.  I have not had conditions conducive to inspection, so all I can say is they are alive, and hopefully all queen right.  We treated with Apiguard in September, and OAV in November.
