       I contacted EPA Washington, D. C. by telephone who in turn
refereed me to Philadelphia.  My call was answered by a recorded
message.  I left my name, telephone number and the subject of my call:
MO utilized for research purposes.  Please rest assure that all the
required mechanisms regarding the use of MO will be executed according
to government regulations as quickly as I am able to communicate with
EPA.  I will post my findings on this subject to Bee-L promptly.
