Yes for oxalic.  With liquid formic there is a safety issue.  I've put a bug
into Dave Mendes's (ABF president) recently.  It would help for members to
write to the leaders of our national organizations.  Liquid formic is likely
a lost cause at this time, but Canada has recently registered oxalic
dribble, so there is no reason that the US can't piggyback onto their
registration, which is what we are doing with fumagillin.
