I am new to beekeeping in Florida and would appreciate any advice other
members of bee-l can give me about the subject of bees and hurricanes. I have
looked for information in the American Bee Journal and on the bee-l itself,
but there seems to be a dearth of information. What precautions should be
taken with my hives and equipment (5 hives & 2 supers on each hive) in the
very likely event a hurricane threatens.
Thanks,
Barry Chandler
